1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are met and continue to be met throughout the period during which your account remains active. 1971 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that fails to satisfy these conditions.
3 Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 1971 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 1971 will close all duplicate accounts and may retain any balances held within them, including Real Money Balances, pending investigation.
3.2 Registration Information
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact the 1971 support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
3.4 KYC Verification
1971 applies a tiered KYC process. Initial registration permits limited play; however, withdrawal of funds requires completion of identity verification. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following:

4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within fifteen to thirty minutes during standard operating hours (09:00–23:00 BST). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours, or requests that trigger enhanced due diligence checks, may take longer. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 1971 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.4 Own Funds Requirement
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are free from any encumbrance. You must not deposit funds sourced from any illegal activity, from credit facilities taken out specifically for gambling, or from any third party. 1971 may request evidence of source of funds where it has reasonable grounds to conduct such an inquiry, and may suspend withdrawal access pending satisfactory response.

5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by 1971 are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions published alongside the individual promotion:
- Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. 1971 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
- Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will be treated as fraud.
- Bonuses must be claimed within the time period specified in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically upon the stated deadline.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
- Real Money Balance is used for wagering before Bonus Balance. Bonus Balance is only consumed after the Real Money Balance reaches zero.
5.2 Wagering Contributions
Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots from participating providers typically contribute at one hundred percent (100%). 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is detected, 1971 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove winnings derived from it, and close the Player's account.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Acceptance of Bets
All bets placed on the 1971 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by 1971. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation reference number. 1971 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in the display of incorrect odds, where a market is suspended, or where the Platform suspects the integrity of an event may have been compromised.
6.2 Palpable Errors
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are materially incorrect due to a manifest error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), 1971 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's account. A palpable error is defined as an odds price that is obviously incorrect and that no reasonable person could have believed was intentionally offered at that price. 1971 will investigate all palpable error claims and communicate its findings to the Player within five business days.
6.3 Cricket Betting Rules
For all cricket markets — including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events — the following specific rules apply:
- Match Winner markets require the completion of a minimum number of overs as specified in the applicable competition rules. Where a match is abandoned or reduced by weather before the minimum overs threshold is met, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
- In-play cricket markets are settled based on the state of play at the time the market is closed, not at any subsequent point. 1971 is not responsible for in-play bets placed during a delay between actual play and the live data feed update.
- Player performance markets (e.g., top batsman, top bowler) are settled in accordance with the official match scorecard as published by the governing body of the relevant competition.
6.4 Casino and Slot Games
All casino and slot games available on the 1971 Platform are operated by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. 10 Limitation of Liability

11 Suspension & Termination
11.1 Closure by the Player

Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable pending wagering obligations. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure.
11.2 Suspension or Closure by 1971
1971 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, including — without limitation — in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.

- Detection of fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.

12 Disputes & Complaints
If you have a complaint about any aspect of your experience on the 1971 Platform — including a disputed bet settlement, a transaction discrepancy, or a customer service matter — you should follow the process below:

14 Amendments

Where changes are material — including changes that affect Player rights, financial conditions, or dispute resolution procedures — 1971 will provide at least fourteen days' advance notice by email to the address registered on your account and by a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the change. Failure to do so will be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms.
Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required by law — may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication.
